At Opal’s Heart, we believe that dignity is a basic human right. Founded with compassion and purpose, we are a 501(c)(3) volunteer-led organization dedicated to supporting unhoused neighbors in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Through our Care Bags, Care Meals, and Care Baskets, we offer more than just supplies — we offer hope, humanity, and heart.
We exist to ensure that no one is forgotten. Every bag we distribute is packed with love, essentials, and dignity, serving as a reminder that someone cares.
